The shelf life of Overnight Oaties depends on its state:
Soaked Oaties: Once prepared and soaked, Overnight Oaties will stay fresh for up to 3 days in the fridge.
Dry and Unopened Pack: If kept in its original, unopened packaging, Overnight Oaties can last up to 8 months. Just make sure you store it in a cool, dry place!

Yes, they do, but fear not! Our sugar content is low and comes only from natural sources. We sweeten Overnight Oaties using a blend of organic coconut sugar and stevia!

We recommend soaking your Oaties in cold milk but you can also enjoy it warm. Here's how:
Cooking on Stovetop:
- Pour your Overnight Oaties into a saucepan and just add milk!
- Place the saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Stir frequently to prevent sticking!
- Once it starts to simmer, reduce the heat to low and cook for 2-3 minutes depending on your desired consistency. Enjoy!
Microwave:
- Pour your Overnight Oaties into a microwave-safe bowl and just add milk!
- Heat for about 45 seconds to 1 minute, depending on your preferred consistency. Enjoy!

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Our order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 3 pm will be processed the following day. While we can't guarantee an exact shipping time, we can provide estimates: Metro Manila orders generally arrive within 2-5 days, while provincial orders may take 3-10 days.
